Siapa Alan Walker?

Alan Olav Walker lahir di Northampton Inggris pada 24 Agustus 1997 menurut Wikipedia Bahasa Indonesia. Siapa Alan Walker? Pertanyaan ini muncul setelah aku liat video Fadednya di Youtube. Bukan main, video Fadednya telah mencapai 1.006.552.249 Views, 6.000.000 Liked setelah dirilis pada tanggal 3 Desember 2015.

Menurut Wikipedia Bahasa Indonesia, ia tinggal di Northampton, Inggris kemudian pindah dan tinggal di Norwegia bersama ibunya yang berkebangsaan Norwegia pada saat umur dua tahun. Walker menemukan minatnya di dunia komputer dan mulai belajar bahasa pemograman dan desain grafis. Walaupun ia tidak memiliki sejarah musik, ia kemudian belajar cara memproduksi musik dari channel-channel Youtube secara otodidak dan pada tahun 2002 ia mulai membuat musik sendiri dengan menggunakan aplikasi FL Studio.

Kemudian pada tahun 2015, Walker mulai di kenal setelah lagu pertamanya berjudul Fade dirilis ke Youtube melalui NCS Label (NoCopyrightSounds), dan lagu ini juga yang kemudian di remaster ulang menjadi Faded dan di rilis bersama Iselin Solheim (Norwegian) pada tanggal 25 November 2015.

Lagu Faded menjadi fenomenal di beberapa negara eropa dan menjadi lagu terbaik di Norwegia, Swedia, Finlandia, Denmark, Irlandia, Italia, Spayol, Jerman, Belanda, Britania Raya, dan Amerika Serikat. dan beberapa negara di Asia.
